Whenever we ask our kids to tell a fruit name, the first one will be strawberries. Yes, they like this fruit that much, whether it is a cake, ice cream, shake or juice, their first preference will be the lovely strawberries. It is easily available nowadays, especially in winter.
Generally, if we buy milk shakes from outside, they blend the ice cold, raw milk directly from the freezer. The milk will be very much colder. Boil and cool the milk and then freeze. If you forget to chill the milk, then you can add some ice cubes to it. But you know, that shake will be little bit thinner and flavours will also be altered
Wash strawberries thoroughly before use. Once you wash it, do not refrigerate again, as it will decay quickly. So always take fresh strawberries for good taste.
Strawberries are naturally sweet, so always try to taste before use. Also adjust the sugar accordingly.

Direction of preparation of strawberry milkshake
- Wash strawberries thoroughly in cold water. Remove the upper green leafy part and then chop into small pieces.
- Transfer into a blender along with milk and sugar, then blitz.
- Transfer into a serving glass once blend smoothly. You can also add a scoop of strawberry or vanilla ice cream and have an ice cream shake.
- Serve immediately.
- Do not blend milk for a long time, it might curdle.
