Lots of fruits are available to cherish our body during hot summer. Mango and jackfruit are abundant at this time. We are also eagerly waiting for the summer vacations to engulf all those sweet, tangy summer fruits in my home town. 

Today's recipe the banana-apple smoothie is one of the easiest smoothie. Apple and banana are very common these days and you will get it easily. Preparation is also quite easy and really refreshing drink also.

Apple Banana smoothie

Healthy drink with apple and banana

Ingredients

  • 2 small banana or 1 Robusta
  • 1 medium size apple, peeled and cubed
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar

Direction of preparation of Apple Banana Smoothie

Preparation of apple-banana smoothie is very easy.  No cooking method involved
  1. Put banana, apple and sugar in a mixer jar. I used two tablespoons of sugar. You can avoid sugar if making a weight loss drink.


  2. Pour milk just enough to grind the fruits, i.e., almost half cup. Then grind into a smooth paste. 
    Then pour remaining portion of milk. For thick milk shake, use frozen milk .   

  3. Then pour remaining portion of milk. For thick milk shake, use frozen milk .  

  4. Grind till everything mix nicely. Transfer to a glass and serve immediately. Enjoy.
