Apple Banana Smoothie - A refreshing drink made with Apple, banana and milk with step by step photos and video
Lots of fruits are available to cherish our body during hot summer. Mango and jackfruit are abundant at this time. We are also eagerly waiting for the summer vacations to engulf all those sweet, tangy summer fruits in my home town.

Ingredients
- 2 small banana or 1 Robusta
- 1 medium size apple, peeled and cubed
- 2 cups milk
- 2 tablespoons of sugar

Direction of preparation of Apple Banana Smoothie
Preparation of apple-banana smoothie is very easy. No cooking method involved
- Put banana, apple and sugar in a mixer jar. I used two tablespoons of sugar. You can avoid sugar if making a weight loss drink.
- Pour milk just enough to grind the fruits, i.e., almost half cup. Then grind into a smooth paste.
- Then pour remaining portion of milk. For thick milk shake, use frozen milk .
- Grind till everything mix nicely. Transfer to a glass and serve immediately. Enjoy.
