Cheese Chilli Maggi, a well-liked fast food staple, is frequently served in Indian eateries. This recipe appeals to kids and teenagers may be because of the instant noodles, cheese, and chilly flakes. I began preparing this meal because my young daughter adores it so much. She preferred Yippee noodles over Maggi, so I also used them in today's recipe.

The addition of various vegetables enhances the noodles' aesthetic appeal while also improving their flavor. All ages enjoy the mild spiciness and creamy cheese sauce of the Chinese chilli noodles.


    The day before, after a family get-together, we were returning from Mahabalipuram when we decided to stop for a brief break at a roadside shop. We were introduced to practically the entire menu on that day, which was their opening day. Then I realize I frequently make cheese chilly Maggi for my kids but never record it here. So, dear friends, I'm sharing the recipe with you today.


    The cheese chilly noodle recipe is quite versatile. For this, you can use any brand of instant noodles. The vegetables are actually added to make the noodles more appealing and eye-catching so that youngsters will eat vegetables together with their favorite noodles. Vegetables are not added in restaurants. But the dish becomes healthier when vegetables are added. Use some of the vegetables that your kids enjoy the most.


    Making cheese chilly noodles doesn't require any additional instructions. Like preparing instant noodles, it is quite easy. Try it out at home and let me know what you think.


    Cheese Chilly Noodles -  Ingredients


    • Instant noodles - Any brand of instant noodles can be used. I use Yippee. But the dish from fast food centers uses Maggie noodles. 

    • Vegetables : You can use any type of vibrant, fresh vegetable. Today, I added carrots, corn, French beans, cabbage, and other vegetables.

    • Spices - This delicious cheese chilly noodle is made hot and aromatic with noodle masala,  garlic, fresh green chilies, onion, scallions and chilli flakes.

    • Water - The noodles are cooked in water.

    • Oil - To sauté the veggies. Use regular cooking oil or olive oil.

    • Salt - To season the noodle.

    1. In this dish, instant noodles are used. Use any brand you have access to. Maggi is popular in restaurants and fast food outlets, where it is known as cheese chilly Maggie. This recipe is one that I typically make using Yippee noodles. Both are delicious, but my children prefer the Yippee brand.
    2. Use any soft, colored vegetables you like so they cook quickly alongside the noodles. You can use any vegetable, such as broccoli, cauliflower, beans, corn, or capsicum.
    3. Just look at the noodle packet to determine how much water to use. Each brand's version varies.
    4. To add heat, both green chilies and chilli flakes are utilized. Amount should be adjusted according on the heat of the chilies.

    Cheesy And Spicy Instant Noodles

    Preparation time: 5 minutes | Cooking time: 5 minutes | Total time : 10 minutes



    Ingredients


    • 3 packets of Instant noodles (70 gm pack) 
    • 1 tbsp garlic cloves, peeled and chopped
    • 1 to 1.5 cups mixed veggies (such as carrot, capsicum, corn, French beans, cabbage etc)
    • 1 tbsp chilli flakes
    • 1 tbsp green chilly, chopped
    • Handful of scallion
    • Cheese as needed
    • Salt to taste
    • Water as needed
    • 2 tbsp oil or butter

    1. Heat one tablespoon of oil in a wok. Put the garlic cloves in the heated oil and cook until fragrant.

    2. In a pan, combine all the vegetables and sauté for thirty seconds. The vegetables shouldn't have been overcooked or become mushy. They ought to still have some crunch.

    3. Pour some water and salt (but only if you feel the noodle masala needs more salt). I omitted salt because I thought the instant noodles were already too salty.)

    4. Add the noodles and spice mixture as the water begins to boil. When the noodles are thoroughly cooked and the water has been absorbed, lower the flame to medium.

    5. Serve the food on a serving plate after extinguishing the flame, then sprinkle with cheese, chili flakes and spring onion greens. Enjoy.
